- Troxel Law is looking for claimants who took Tylenol or generic acetaminophen while pregnant and had a child that later developed autism or ADHD. The law firm believes mothers in this situation are eligible for compensation. Research from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health shows that the risk of developing ADHD or ASD was three times higher for children whose mothers took high levels of acetaminophen. Troxel Law claims that the makers of Tylenol did not warn pregnant mothers about studies that linked those conditions with their product. Signing up for a claim is easy and should only take 3 to 5 minutes.

A new Australian study reports that one-third of parents of children with autism indicate their child’s oral health was worse than neurotypical children of the same age, with 26% reporting untreated dental issues. Another one-third of these children were reported to have undergone general anesthesia at least once for dental procedures. Parents of children with more severe autism and sensory challenges reported experiencing barriers to accessing more frequent dental care.
